KEY INFORMATION

• There will be a scheduled move in and move out for this show, stand contractors will be advised of their move in time based on stand location.
• All stand Space Only Contractors & Exhibitors who require access to the loading dock MUST complete a move in form and submit this to GEL Events.
• All stand builders must use GEL Events onsite for forklift services, stand build contractors are Not Allowed to have their own forklift onsite.
• Shell scheme stands will be built ready for exhibitor setup from 7:00am, Tuesday 26 August
• There is NO storage onsite, Please see the Gel Events staff at their service desk onsite to organise your requirements.
• All stands must be completely finished & set up and storage removed by 6:00pm Tuesday 26th August to
  allow the cleaning of the show to commence.
• The exhibition floor is classified as a building site during this time. High vis safety vests and closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Exhibitors and contractors will be required to bring their own safety vests.
• No access will be given for stand build on the opening morning of the show.
• All stands must be completed & ready (and all rubbish removed from the premises) by 6:00pm on Tuesday 26 August – no exceptions. Stand cleaning will be provided the night before the show open, include overnight clean of floors during operational days but if you require additional cleaning on top of that needs to be booked and paid for by exhibitors. Please refer to the Stand Cleaning page.

Please Note:
• Exhibitors can gain entry up to two hours before opening time on Wednesday and one hour before opening on Thursday & Friday.
• The Organisers reserve the right to alter the above times.
• Children under the age of 15 are not permitted during move in/out or show days.

KEY INFORMATION

• Move-out of product will commence approximately 30 minutes after the close of the show or once the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so.
• Exhibitors are advised to remove all valuables and portables at this time.
• The wearing of High Vis safety vests will be enforced by the organiser and security staff during move out.  No children of 15 years or under will be allowed on site during move out.  No open toe shoes to be worn during move out, in the exhibition centre or on the loading dock.
• There will be a scheduled move out for this show. All stand Space Only Contractors & Exhibitors who require access to the loading dock MUST complete a move out form and submit this to GEL Events.
• GEL Events will commence exhibitor product boxes/pallets from storage and return to stands, from 5pm.
• All Shell Scheme stands must be completely moved out by 10:00pm, Friday 29 August.
• All Space Only Stands cannot commence stand dismantle until 6:00pm  on Friday 29 August after the majority of shell exhibitors have moved out. This initiative will ease congestion on the loading dock and inside the bays.
• All Space Only Stands must have all build crates/materials/freight completely removed by 2:00pm Sunday 31 August 2025.
• Any remaining freight will be removed by GEL Events and stored at their warehouse, charges will apply.
•  Stand contractors are expected to remove all of build materials, however, if they require to dispose ofany part of their stand they must discuss with the ICC cleaning department who will advise the process and charges. Any materials found left for ICC/ Divcom to dispose of will incur charges that will be passed onto the exhibitor or stand builder.
