KEY INFORMATION

• There will be a scheduled move in and move out for this show, no exhibitor will be allowed access outside their allocated time.
• SPACE ONLY stands and CONTRACTORS have access from 2:00pm on Saturday 17 August. If you require access to the loading dock please contact GEL Events to book your move in time.
• SHELL SCHEME STANDS will be ready to be occupied by 7:00am, Tuesday 20 August. These times are for exhibitors to deliver their goods and set up their stands.  If you require access to the loading dock please contact GEL Events to book your move in time.
• Vehicles under 1.8m will be directed to the carpark.
• The exhibition floor is classified as a building site during this time. High vis safety vests and closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
• No children of 15 years or under will be allowed on site during move in.
• No access will be given for stand build on the opening morning of the show.
• All stands must be completed & ready (and all rubbish removed from the premises) by 6:00pm on Tuesday 20 August – no exceptions. Stand cleaning will be provided the night before the show open, include overnight clean of floors during operational days but if you require additional cleaning on top of that needs to be booked and paid for by exhibitors. Please refer to the Stand Cleaning page.
• If you require freight, forklifting or storage please contact GEL Events the official Freight Forwarding and Material Handling supplier or request a quote via the link below by 10 July.

Exhibitors can gain entry up to two hours before opening time on Wednesday and one hour before opening time on Thursday and Friday. If you require access earlier than the above times please contact our Operations Manager 

KEY INFORMATION

• Move-out of product will commence approximately 30 minutes after the close of the show or once the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so.
• Exhibitors are advised to remove all valuables and portables at this time.
• The wearing of High Vis safety vests will be enforced by the organiser and security staff during move out.  No children of 15 years or under will be allowed on site during move out.  No open toe shoes to be worn during move out, in the exhibition centre or on the loading dock.
• There will be a scheduled move out for this show. All stand Space Only Contractors & Exhibitors who require access to the loading dock MUST contact GEL Events.
• GEL Events will commence the storage return to stands at 5:00pm.
• All Shell Scheme stands must be completely moved out by 10:00pm, Friday 23 August.
• All Space Only Stands cannot commence stand dismantle until 6:00pm  on Friday 23 August after the majority of shell exhibitors have moved out. This initiative will ease congestion on the loading dock and inside the bays.
• All Space Only Stands must have items completely removed by 2:00pm Sunday 25 August. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If you are not able to remove your entire product or stand dressing materials by the times stipulated above, please contact the Operations Manager.
